1. The service
[Your name or business name] ("we") runs Arb Alerts, a paid Discord server that posts automated alerts about price differences between sportsbooks and prediction-market exchanges (the "Service"). Alerts are generated by software from third-party price data and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
2. Not advice; no guarantees
Alerts are general information for all members. They are not personalized betting, investment, financial or legal advice, and they are not a recommendation that any bet or trade is suitable for you. We do not guarantee any profit or result. Prices change quickly, orders may not fill, and venues can apply different rules to ties, cancellations, postponements and overtime. You are solely responsible for every bet or trade you place and for checking prices and rules on each venue first.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the legal betting age where you live, if higher) and may use the Service only where sports betting and the venues named in alerts are legal for you. You are responsible for following the laws of your location and the terms of every sportsbook and exchange you use. Sportsbooks may limit or close accounts that bet this way; that risk is yours.
4. Subscription and billing
The Service costs $10 per month, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the manage subscription page; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. 5. Access
Your subscription is linked to one Discord account. Access is removed when your subscription ends or payment fails. Don't share, resell or repost alerts outside the server; we may remove access without refund if you do. You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and the server rules.
6. Availability
The Service depends on third-party data sources, Discord and Stripe, and may be interrupted, delayed or discontinued. We don't promise any number or frequency of alerts.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for any losses from bets, trades or other actions taken based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the [3] months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it.
